10. Review Replacement

Where applicable, SMMWise may replace eligible reviews that are removed by Google in accordance with our Review Replacement Policy.

Replacement requests are assessed individually.

Replacement may not be available where:

  • The Google Business Profile has been suspended or removed.
  • Business ownership has changed.
  • Incorrect information was originally provided.
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • The customer has breached these Terms.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Because our services are digital and processing may begin shortly after payment, refund eligibility depends on the stage of your order and the circumstances of the request.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
