1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Order Not Started: If you request a cancellation before we have started processing your order, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
  • Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver the agreed number of reviews within the specified timeframe due to technical issues on our end, you will be refunded for the undelivered portion.

2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once the review posting process has started, we cannot offer a refund as our team has already dedicated time and resources.
  • External Issues: If your GMB profile is suspended or removed due to previous violations or third-party activities unrelated to our service.
  • Inaccurate Information: If you provide the wrong GMB link or business details and the order is completed based on that information.

3. Non-Drop Replacement Guarantee

Instead of a refund for dropped reviews, we provide a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If any review we provided is removed by Google, we will refill/replace it free of charge. This is our commitment to your long-term ranking.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Chargebacks

We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Opening a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from using our services in the future.
